Mundford visited old adversary's Shouldham, the game started fast and heated and in Shouldham's favour as they nearly scored in the opening minutes but failed to finish. This gave Mundford a wake up call as they quickly rank and filed themselves and put forward an attack in the form of jack Hamilton who confidently set up B Stangroome for Mundford’s opening goal. Shouldham’s reply was to battle forwards and was repaid for their determination with a goal over the top of the keepers head. It was the thirty minute mark that brought Mundford’s second goal from a well placed Ollie Fulcher striking from the edge of the box.

Second half started with Mundford securely in control as they executed their teamwork with military precision, and seriously got to work throughout the park, frustration creeping into the Shouldham camp won Mundford a penalty as B. Stangroome was brought down in the box. B. Stangroome took the penalty coolly and scored Mundford’s third before he went on to score two more with poise and accuracy. Mundford’s teamwork went on to allow Sam bond to score from a distance and new signing on his debut for Mundford, J. Dougal worked his socks off to reward his new team mates with a brace of goals.
